Power Flow 

This class is desinged to awaken your senses as we move through sun salutaions, core, stronge and engaging asanas while connecting with the breathe. 

 

Yin

During this class we hold each pose for 3-5 minutes, we allow the sensations of the pose to come deep within your facia. You will feel leaving grounded, connected and balanced.
